Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour


This is our fourth of the Twelve Days of Christmas Cocktails- our take on a whiskey sour. The egg white makes it super smooth and it's a great cocktail for entertaining! This is Wayne's favorite so far.



2 oz Kentucky Bourbon (we used Four Roses)

1/2 oz simple syrup

1 oz maple syrup

Juice from one lemon

3 dashes Angostura Bitters

1 egg white

Cinnamon to garnish

Bourbon soaked cherries

Fresh sprig of rosemary



Add bourbon, simple syrup, maple syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and egg white to shaker. DO NOT ADD ICE YET! Shake for about 30 seconds until combined. Add ice and shake again for about 30 seconds. Serve in a rocks glass over large ice cube. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with bourbon cherries and a sprig of rosemary. Cheers!
