This was a fun one to make! We even bought the kitchen torch to toast the marshmallow. We made ours without the half & half and you could definitely taste the bourbon, so add it if you want a less boozy taste to yours.
2 oz Four Roses Bourbon
1 oz Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz Pecan Praline Liqueur
Drizzle of Caramel
Graham Cracker Crumbs for Garnish
Marshmallow for Garnish
Add a splash of half and half to taste (optional)
To prepare glass, dip rim in caramel then in graham cracker crumbs to coat. Add all other in ingredients (not marshmallow) including a drizzle of caramel into a shaker filled with ice. Shake to combine and pour over prepared glass. Use a toothpick or cocktail skewer to garnish glass with marshmallow. Toast with kitchen torch for a touch of campfire fun!
